The valve has a sliding valve plug (1) operated by an engine component (19) that separates chambers (17, 20) in a sealed manner. The plug includes a seal bearing (9) situated in the chamber (20) to cooperate with a seat (2) defined by a central passage hole (23) between a chamber (30) and the chamber (17). A piston (16) slides in a bore (12) in a sealed manner, where sealing diameters of the seat, the piston, and the seal bearing are identical. The engine component, the seal bearing and the piston are traversed by a canal (15).
