The casing (1) has a reinforcement (3) forming a frame of a structure having metallic bars (10) arranged in transversal section and connected together by a metallic wire (11). A wall of the structure includes outer and inner sides formed by juxtaposition of light concrete panels (4), where the outer side of the wall forms an apparent side of the structure. Connection units have two superposed rods having notches that are arranged opposite to one another in a manner to house the reinforcement. An independent claim is also included for a method for realizing a concrete structure.
