The device (1) has a base (11) and a side wall (10) connected relative to each other by an assembling and disassembling unit (12) having two components (121, 122) in the form of open pallets. The components respectively include two male ends with two openings provided for passage of a connection unit i.e. screw. The component (121) includes a female end (121a) with a slot (121c) housing a male end (122b) of the component (122). The male end (122b) is connected to the male end of the component (121) by the screw maintained by a bolt or housed in the slot of the female end.
