The device has a jalousie shutter (23) extending along an exterior face of an upper wall (25) of an air conduit (20) and movable fins (21) orienting an airflow when the shutter is in open position. The shutter is passed from a closed position to the open position by a curvilinear movement along a curvature of a fascia (22) at the opening level of the conduit, a circular movement and a rectilinear translation movement along an extension direction of the conduit. The circular movement allows the shutter to pass from a plane parallel to the direction to a plane parallel to the fascia. The shutter is made of an air sealed material i.e. plastic material.
