The present invention refers to printed circuits where electronic components are connected thereto as a power source, a rectification bridge, a regulation stage, a microcontroller and a plurality of LEDs arranged in two embodiments; the first arrangement includes red LEDs with a timer and the second arrangement green LEDs with motion. The red LEDs are associated with yellow LEDs and simulate a standing pedestrian, the yellow LEDs displaying two-digit numbers, where said display is performed in a countdown manner and indicates the remaining time of the green light. On the other hand, the green embodiment has an arrangement of green LEDs simulating a side view of a pedestrian walking or running during the countdown period.
