A top mark for nautical mark is provided to prevent damage due to an external force by relieving the external force through the self buffering function. A top mark for nautical mark comprises upper and lower panels(50,40), a coil spring(60), a connection rod(70), and a top mark body(30). The lower plate is mounted on a nautical mark, and the upper plate is located above the lower plate to face the lower plate. The coil spring is supported between the upper plate and the lower plate and elastically supports the upper plate. The connection rod is located inside the coil spring, combined to the upper plate in the type of ball joint and combined to the lower plate on the bottom. The top mark body is mounted on the upper plate and uses shapes or colors to help navigation of ships. The top mark body can be inclined or restored to the nautical mark by the medium of elastic member.
