The device has an elongated case (1) with a guiding opening (4) that is plugged in a drill (5). The guiding opening is emerged in a circle shaped chamber i.e. cup shaped recess. The chamber is centrally arranged between fixation units i.e. suction cups. The diameter of the chamber is higher than the diameter corresponding to the diameter of a guiding section of the drill from the guiding opening. A storing unit i.e. sponge, is arranged in the chamber to receive the liquid. The guiding opening is formed by a tubular section of a passage punch.
