MEDICAL STERILIZING APPARATUS USING WATER VAPOR, COLD PLASMA AND VACUUM PRESSURE

A vacuum medical sterilizing device is provided, which can improve sterilization efficiency and can perform drying function by flowing the hot air within the chamber. A vacuum medical sterilizing device comprises: a chamber(11); and a steam generator which generates the steam in the chamber and injects steam(60) into the chamber by force. The steam generator comprises: an ultrasonic generator(61) generating the ultrasonic wave and producing the steam; a blow fan(62) blowing forcedly the steam generated through the ultrasonic generator into the chamber; a distilled water feeding hopper(63) supplying the distilled water to the ultrasonic generator; a heater heating the distilled water and generating the steam; and a distilled water feeding hopper supplying the distilled water to the heater.
