Molded anhydrous cosmetic composition, preferably in the form of a stick for lip make-up and/or care, comprises a dispersion of a quantity of hydrophilic active agent particles in a fatty phase, where the composition is stabilized by an effective quantity of at least a dispersant adsorbed on the surface of the particles, the dispersant is e.g. 8-30C aliphatic alcohols, surfactants and polymers, and the hydrophilic active agent is e.g. derivatives of C-glycoside, hydroxyalkylurea, and/or salicylic acid derivatives, in a medium. Molded anhydrous cosmetic composition, preferably in the form of a stick for lip make-up and/or care comprises a dispersion of a quantity of hydrophilic active agent particles in a fatty phase, where the composition is stabilized by an effective quantity of at least a dispersant adsorbed on the surface of the particles, the dispersant is 8-30C aliphatic alcohols, hydrocarbon dispersants, surfactants, polymers comprising at least one imide or succinimide group linked by a covalent chain with hydrocarbon polymer chain of molecular weight of at least 600, and the hydrophilic active agent is derivatives of C-glycoside, hydroxyalkylurea, 4-(2-hydroxyethyl)piperazin-1-ethanesulfonic acid (HEPES) and/or salicylic acid derivatives, in a medium.
