<p>The method involves placing an electroactive polymer actuator (1) on keratinous materials. The electroactive polymer actuator is excited with voltage by using a power supply to induce continuous displacement of the keratinous materials when the actuator is placed, where the voltage is lower than or equal to 300 volts. The keratinous materials are maintained after excitation in a configuration in which the actuator is presented by gluing a maintenance file or applying a film-forming composition on the keratinous materials. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for applying a cosmetic composition (2) a device to be applied on keratinous materials, comprising an electroactive polymer actuator.</p> |
