The line (1) has an exhaust gas treatment device, and a fuel introduction device i.e. fuel injector (2), that introduces fuel along an injection axis (21) arranged on an axis of the line in upstream of the treatment device relative to a circulation direction of an exhaust gas (5). A throat (3) is placed between the fuel injector and the treatment device such that mixture constituted by the exhaust gas and the fuel is homogenized in upstream of the treatment device. The throat has a decreasing section (31) converging towards the injection axis to direct the gas towards the injection axis.
