An exercise system comprising one or more block of resilient material; each of the one or more block having a handle secured thereto, the handle having a first side with a first mating part and a second side with a second mating part, the first and second matin g parts being complementary to each other; and a rail for fixing to a surface, the rail having mating features for cooperating with at least one of the first mating part and the second mating part, the one or more blocks being stackable. A posture correcting system comprising an input module with a GUI for conducting a postural analysis of a patient. The input module is connected to a corrective measures module that provides a patient treatment program to an output module. The output module can provide visualizations of the patient treatmen t program and of the treatment program equipment setup.
