FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to maxillofacial surgery and can be used in formation of upper jaw, malar bone, hard palate and oral vestibule by pedicle bonefasciocutaneous pedicle flap shaped after maxillary flexure through cuneiform subperiosteal osteotomy of bone part of the flap. It is fixed to fragments of upper jaw and to malar arch, with performing the sensing platform by resection from interior of the bone part ends herewith covering the thickness of cortical layer. Fasciocutaneous part covers defects of hard palate and oral vestibule. ^ EFFECT: method allows for one-stage restoration of multicomponent defect of adjacent anatomic regions thus recovering chewing, swallowing and articulation functions. ^ 2 cl, 1 ex, 1 dwg
