The machine (1) has a container (2) comprising a water vapor evacuation opening (5) for evacuating water vapor formed during a functioning cycle of the machine. The opening evacuates a water vapor and air mix towards a condensation device (6). The condensation device comprises a foam element extending between a water vapor and air mix inlet opening and an air outlet opening, where the outlet opening evacuates the discharged air from the water vapor towards exterior of the machine. The condensation device is provided with a metal box (10). An independent claim is also included for a method for drying a crockery washing and drying machine.
