An apparatus for improving the performance of a vehicle is provided to improve the power and torque of an engine by increasing intake speed through an intake guiding member flowing according to the inflow of intake air. An apparatus for improving the performance of a vehicle is installed between a throttle body, including a throttle valve controlling the area of an air intake passage according to the manipulation of an accelerator, and an intake manifold. The apparatus for improving the performance comprises: a first frame which is coupled on the outlet of the throttle body and in which the air flowed according to the opening of the throttle valve passes through; an intake induction member being movable coupled on the first frame and moving according to the inflow of the air; and a stopper(346) controlling the moving range of the intake induction member with being formed inside the first frame.
