<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult to store waste toner without leaving a space part in a collecting container in an image forming apparatus where the waste toner left in transferring is collected to the collecting container. <P>SOLUTION: The developer collecting container includes: a waste toner storing part 33 in which the waste toner is stored; a collection port 32 which is formed on one end side in the longitudinal direction of the waste toner storing part 33 and to which the waste toner is supplied; and a rotating member 31 which extends nearly all over the area in the longitudinal direction of the waste toner storing part 33, is rotatably supported through a shaft and conveys the waste toner in a direction separating from the collection port 32 by rotating in a predetermined direction. By setting the toner conveying force by the rotating member 31 to be stronger in an area A on a side of one side part 5c where the collection port 32 is formed than in an area B on a side of the other side part 5b, the waste toner is uniformly stored in the waste toner storing part 33. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
