PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double tube joint, its connection structure, and a foundation penetrating tubing structure using it capable of properly carrying out connection of an inner tube and an outdoor drain pipe. SOLUTION: The double tube joint 10 includes a sheath tube 12 penetrating a foundation 120 of a building, the inner tube 16 inserted into an interior of the sheath tube 12, and a tube joint 14 fixed to an end 22 in an outdoor side of the sheath tube 12. An indoor drain tube 122 and the outdoor drain tube 124 are connected. Since the tube joint 14 is fixed to the end 22 in the outdoor side of the sheath tube 12, the inner tube 16 connected to the tube joint 14 is also fixed to the end 22 in the outdoor side of the sheath tube. In this manner, since a position of the inner tube 16 in the sheath tube 12 is fixed, when connecting the outdoor drain tube 122 to the tube joint 14, the inner tube 16 does not move in a direction of the sheath tube 12.
