PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air filtration filter which can effectively and stably localization arrange a pigment having a function on the surface of a synthetic-fiber cloth. SOLUTION: A polymeric electrolyte and an organic compound with the function having a charge opposite to the polymeric electrolyte are laminated on the surface of a synthetic fiber by applying an alternate lamination method to the filter surface consisting of the synthetic fiber, and the polymeric electrolyte or the organic compound pigment, having the function so as to touch outer air, are stably arranged on the filter surface so that a performance can be effectively generated.
