PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid spray apparatus for spraying a fixed quantity of ink constantly and precisely and the control method thereof. SOLUTION: The liquid spray apparatus for spraying the ink stored in an ink bag 2 having flexibility through an inkjet head 1 is provided with a measuring means 3 for measuring the quantity of the ink stored in the ink bag 2, a pressure control means 6 for controlling the pressure of the inkjet head and a pressure controlling target determining means 5 for determining the target value of the pressure to be controlled by the pressure control means 6 according to the quantity of the ink.
