PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store the additional information of a file under an environment preferable to store the additional information. SOLUTION: A PC 20 is provided with: a file storage part 21 for storing an electronic file in a recording medium based on the input instruction of a user; a position information storage part 23 for storing location information showing the location of the user; an additional condition storage part 24 for storing additional condition information showing conditions for adding location information stored in the location information storage part 23 to attribute information showing the attributes of the electronic file to be stored; and an attribute storage part 25 for, when the electronic file is stored by the file storage part 21, and the conditions shown by the additional condition information stored in the additional information storage part 24 are satisfied, adding the location information stored by the location information storage part 23 to the attribute information of the electronic file, and for storing the electronic file in the recording medium.
