PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find a feature vector by categorizing browsing actions from records of Web browsing actions that a user has taken on a PC. SOLUTION: A search site list is referred to with respect to an input Web browsing action history to decide a search action or browsing action, when the search action is taken, the action is classified into one of categories "new search action" and "redisplay of previous search action" and when the browsing action is taken, meanwhile, the action is classified into one of categories "Web browsing by clicking from search action" and "Web browsing starting from other than the search", thereby representing feature quantities for each category briefly in the form of feature vectors.
