摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact high-power zoom lens having a high variable power ratio irrespective of its small size and capable of preventing the occurrence of fluctuation of spherical aberration and coma aberration when changing magnification and keeping satisfactory optical performance. SOLUTION: This high-power zoom lens is provided with a group G1 of first lenses having positive refracting power fixed when changing magnification, a group G2 of second lenses having negative refracting power moving when changing magnification, a group G3 of third lenses and a group G4 of fourth lenses which correct fluctuation of image surface due to change of magnification ratio, can move for each other, and have positive refracting power, and a group G5 of fifth lenses including a diaphragm and having positive refracting power for forming image by arranging these groups in this order from an object side to satisfy the following expression (1): 1.05<f<SB>3</SB>/f<SB>4</SB><7.0 (wherein, f<SB>3</SB>is focal distance of the group G3 of third lenses, and f<SB>4</SB>is focal distance of the group G4 of fourth lenses).
