PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that the stop of liquid feeding accompanying liquid level detection by a liquid feeding nozzle occurs frequently in a fuel supply apparatus. SOLUTION: A control circuit 25 of the fuel supply apparatus 11 adjusts valve opening of an electromagnetic valve 27 so that the maximum discharge flow volume dischargeable from the liquid feeding nozzle 13 decreases from a flow volume just before the stop of liquid feeding when an elapsed time until fuel re-feeding from the liquid feeding nozzle 13 from stop of fuel feeding by detecting a liquid level with the liquid feeding nozzle 13 before detecting a full tank is shorter than a predetermined time. Thereby, since the maximum flow volume discharged from the liquid feeding nozzle 13 is decreased and spray of oil liquid in a liquid feeding mouth 16a is reduced, it becomes possible to prevent a liquid level detecting mechanism of the liquid feeding nozzle 13 from taking a detecting action before detecting a full tank.
