PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning operation device for a vehicle capable of installing a plurality of operation members on an air-conditioning control panel at a saved space without sacrificing operability. SOLUTION: The air-conditioning operation device for the vehicle is provided with a first operation lever 6 for switching/operating an internal/external air switching mode; a second operation lever 7 for performing switching operation to the selected blowing port; a third operation lever 8 for adjusting/operating a blowing out temperature of air-conditioned air; a cylindrical base member 2 in which base end sides of the first-third operation levers 6, 7, 8 are turnably arranged on the same axis along an axial direction at a back surface side respectively; and a circular ring-like operation dial 23 turnably arranged on an outer peripheral surface of the base member 2 along its circumferential direction. Respective operation knobs 14a, 14b, 14c of the first-third operation levers 6, 7, 8 are arranged on an outer peripheral surface of the operation dial 23 movably along the outer peripheral surface of the operation dial 23.
