PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a car washing machine equipped with a tire washing device capable of enlarging a washing surface of a tire without changing a size of a washing brush and washing the whole tire growing in size. SOLUTION: A tire brush device 19 of the car washing machine comprises brush fibers 31 cylindrically bundled for brushing the tire of a vehicle to be washed, a brushing means 30 formed of a disk-shaped brush base part 32 for gripping the brush fibers 31 at rear end parts of the brush fibers 31, a driving means 50 for connecting and rotation-driving the brush base part 32, and an advancing/retreating means 40 for supporting the driving means 50 and advancing/retreating the driving means to/from the tire. The rotation center to which the brush base part 32 is connected by the driving means 50 is decentered from the center of the circle of the brush base part 32. This configuration can enlarge the washing surface of the tire of the vehicle to be washed and wash the whole large diameter tire. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
