PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart a step floor with a battery-fixing function for facilitating removal of battery. SOLUTION: A step frame 22 is constituted of right and left plate frames 22a, 22a, a laterally-directed frame member 22c, and a bottom plate 22b. A front-side engaging recess 21f is formed at the lower front part of the step floor 21, and an encircled recess 21b is formed at the rear side. When the step floor 21 is attached, in a state of holding a battery 23 on a battery-holding part, the movement of the battery 23 is restricted by the encircled recess 21b of the step floor 21.
