A hydraulic hose winder is provided to roll a spray hose according to the walking speed of the user by regulating the speed of the winding roller through the flow rate control valve and to unroll the hose without driving a motor. A hydraulic hose winder comprises a hydraulic motor, a flow control valve(35), and a flow path forming pipe(40). The hydraulic motor is connected to a hydraulic pump through an inlet pipe(22) and an outlet pipe(24), and driven by the pumping action of the hydraulic pump. The flow control valve is equipped in the inlet pipe and controls the amount of fluid entering the hydraulic motor in order to control the rotation speed of a winding roller(10). The flow path forming pipe is formed between the inlet and outlet pipes and opened/closed by a path opening/closing valve(42) to make the fluid flowing out through the outlet pipe flow in the inlet pipe.
