APPARATUS FOR INDICATING ALARM CONTENTS FOR EACH STEP OF CNC AND METHOD THEREOF

A display device indicating the alarm contents per a step is provided to process an error on factory machine without an operator having a PMC control ability. A display device indicating the alarm contents per a step comprises: a sensor unit(10) checking the work status of a machine tool; an operation unit(20) operating all kinds of driving units of the machine tool; a PMC controller(30) triggering an alarm signal, if the error is delivered from the sensor unit and operation unit; a memory unit(60) storing the alarm information data; a display unit(50) indicating the alarm information data and the alarm number corresponding to the alarm signal; and a macro control unit checking the error status of the operation unit and the sensor unit. The control unit receives the alarm information data and indicates processing method of the error status in turns.
