A portable electronic apparatus is provided to enable a user to carry the portable electronic apparatus by being miniaturized and to stable the structure of the apparatus. A display unit(30) is hinge-coupled to one side of a base(10), and is placed on an upper portion of the base. The display unit includes a touch panel, and first and second input units(21,22) comprises a keypad respectively. The first and second input units are coupled to each other for enabling the swing operation by rotation axes(21a,22a), and each rotation axis comprises a gear.
