PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for easily shielding individual electronic components at a low cost with good heat exchange efficiency.

SOLUTION: An electronic circuit board includes: a plurality of conductor components which are stood on a ground pattern at a periphery of an electronic component on the electronic circuit board and can expand and contract; a conductive plate; and a fixing member holding the plate so that the plurality of conductor components are in contact with the plate in a state of contracting from natural lengths.
