PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save only necessary operation history based upon whether or not a display content is an operation history when being browsed on an operation terminal. SOLUTION: In this method, operation information being the operationhistory that a user operated a PC and history information including performance time of the operations and display contents are acquired to determine whether or not the history information is a change history of contents being displayed to the user based upon conditions. When the history information is the change history of the display contents being displayed, it is determined whether the display contents are an object of history saving by referring to a saving condition setting file, and based upon the determination result and the performance time of the operation, the acquired history information is stored in a nonvolatile memory.
