PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to distribute information in a time zone inferred that the user can receive the information regardless of the date and time when a terminal has accessed a server. SOLUTION: The information distribution system includes: an operation history storage means for storing operation history information containing operation time information showing an operation time of a terminal; a distribution time zone registration means for extracting the operation time information from the operation history storage means and storing the information as distribution time zone information indicating a distribution enabled time zone in a distribution time zone storage means; and a distribution means for extracting the distribution time zone information from the distribution time zone storage means in accordance with a predetermined condition and distributing information to the terminal on the basis of the distribution time zone information extracted.
