PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system which makes handover between a plurality of base stations, the radio communication system achieving improvement in accuracy in selection of a handover destination and improvement in reliability by continuing stable communication even under an environment where a structure or an obstacle is present. SOLUTION: A mobile communication terminal 11 includes: a communication control part 14 for detecting a communication status of first and second radio communication parts 12, 13; a GPS device 15 for detecting a position of the mobile communication terminal 11; a selection history storage area 18 for recording a selection history of the first and second radio communication parts 12, 13 in association with position information; and a routing means 17 for selecting a radio communication part, between the first and second radio communication parts 12, 13, which has the most number of times of selection, as a radio communication part for communication based on the position detected by the GPS device 15 and the selection history recorded in the selection history storage area 18 when the communication statuses of the first and second radio communication parts 12, 13 are excellent.
