PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a communication terminal device capable of more precisely adjusting priorities for all tasks as a target. SOLUTION: The communication terminal device individually applies a degree of importance and a priority in proportion to a throughput assignment amount to all the tasks including a communication task and performs predetermined processing with throughput distributed to each task on the basis of the priority. The communication terminal device includes: a threshold storage unit 6 for storing a predetermined threshold for detecting deterioration of communication quality caused by throughput lack of a communication task 1 and recovery; a communication status monitoring unit 4A for monitoring a communication status to detect the deterioration and recovery of the communication quality based on a result of the monitoring and the threshold; and a priority adjusting unit 5 for adjusting priorities based on a result of detection by the communication status monitoring unit 4A and the degrees of importance.
