PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an audio signal supplying apparatus capable of providing an external speaker device to be externally connected at a low cost and by free design, a parameter providing system, a television set, an AV system, a speaker device and an audio signal supplying method. SOLUTION: The television set 1 relating to this embodiment stores parameters for the time of adjusting the frequency characteristics of audio signals set to a sound quality adjustment part 22 in a storage part 25. By selecting the parameter corresponding to the kind of the external speaker device 100 connected to a connection terminal 29 and setting it to the sound quality adjustment part 22, the sound of similar frequency characteristics can be emitted even when the kind of the external speaker device 100 is changed. Similarly, even when the parameter is not stored in the storage part 25, it can be obtained from a server 200 by a data acquisition part 40, stored in the storage part 25, and set to the sound quality adjustment part 22.
