PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL panel having good heat radiation characteristics, with less fear of thermal degradation of an organic EL element. SOLUTION: The organic EL panel 1 is constituted by pasting a substrate 10 with an organic EL element formed thereon to a sealing cap material 16 using a sealing adhesive 17. The sealing adhesive 17 contains a filler whose thermal conductivity is high. As the filler, one is selected from among aluminum oxide, aluminum nitride, beryllium oxide, and boron nitride, otherwise, two or more are selected and mixed. Alternatively, one is selected from among aluminum, copper, and silver, or an alloy containing them as a component, otherwise two or more are selected and mixed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
