PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary compressor for reducing member cost and assembling cost, and reducing the quantity of lubricating oil delivered from a compressor casing. SOLUTION: This rotary compressor has the compressor casing, a compression part arranged in a lower part of the compressor casing, sucking a refrigerant from the low pressure side of a refrigerating cycle and delivering the refrigerant to the high pressure side of the refrigerating cycle from a delivery part by passing through into the compressor casing, a motor arranged in an upper part of the compressor casing and driving the compression part via a rotary shaft, an upper muffler cover for covering a delivery valve part of the compression part, and an oil feeding mechanism arranged in an oil feeding vertical hole of the rotary shaft and supplying the lubricating oil stored in the lower part of the compressor casing to a sliding part of the compression part, and has a drain oil cover having a clearance, covering the upper muffler cover and an upper end part of an upper bearing part of the compression part and capturing drain oil drained from the upper end part, and a drain oil hole arranged to pass through an upper end plate of at least the compression part and a cylinder and making the drain oil flowing down from the clearance flow down to the lower part of the compressor casing.
