PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crop harvester capable of scooping lodged stems and leaves and pulling and harvesting grown plants, without causing the entanglement of a mulching film by the motion of a pick-up apparatus in the harvesting work on a field covered with a mulching film. SOLUTION: The crop harvester includes a machine body 3, supported being travelable on a field; a pick-up apparatus 4 for scooping and raising lodged stems and leaves at a side of a grown plant P, in front of the machine body; and a pulling and transferring apparatus 5 for clamping the main stem of the grown plant P and slantedly transfer the crop with opposite-positioned belts. The pick-up apparatus 4 includes a scooping member 11, comprising an elastic lug group 11a for scooping lodged stems and leaves, by circulating along the surface of the vegetation field soil in an elastically deformable manner; and a pulling member 12, comprising a hooking lug group 12a for receiving the stems and leaves, at a point H located above the action point A of the scooping member 11 and pulling the stems by a circulating motion.
