A semiconductor integration circuit reducing the current consumption of the sub-word line driver is provided to improve the response speed by using a driving voltage signal having a small swing range. A semiconductor integration circuit comprises a pre-decoding address receiving unit(310) and a driver unit(410). The pre-decoding address receiving unit comprises the first and second inverting units. The first inverting unit supplies floating prevention signal by inverting the sub word line decoding signal. The second unit provides the sub word line signal in response to the main word line signal. The swing range of the driving voltage signal is smaller than the swing range of the sub word line signal. |
