A red pepper peeling machine is provided to maximize seed separation efficiency and to minimize the volume of the machine, thereby rapidly crushing the red pepper and separating seeds from the crushed red pepper. A red pepper peeling machine comprises a crushing unit(10), an impeller(20), a skin separator(30) and a seed transfer unit(40). The crushing unit consists of a housing(12) equipped with a fixing blade and a crushing blade driven around a vertical driving shaft(14). The impeller is installed below the vertical driving shaft of the crushing unit. The skin separator includes a first horizontal screw(32) and a first guide plate(34) having an outlet(36). The seed transfer unit includes a second horizontal screw(42) and a second guide plate(44) having the outlet(46). The housing of the crushing unit is formed by a multilayered space, which places the fixing blade at some distance from a fixing blade plate. |
