Provided is a color conversion coefficient calculation device including: a conversion coefficient calculation unit (108) which calculates as a color conversion coefficient for converting a first color signal formed by a plurality of color signals into a second color signal formed by a plurality of color signals, a color conversion coefficient for converting a first spectral feature characteristic for the first color signal as a standard into a second spectral feature characteristic for the second color signal; a correction coefficient calculation unit (106) which calculates a correction coefficient for approximating the reference color signal which is the first color signal corresponding to a plurality of reference colors to a reference color signal obtained according to the first spectral feature in accordance with a plurality of reference colors; and a conversion coefficient correction unit (109) which corrects the color conversion coefficient by using the correction coefficient.
