A cooling apparatus of rice puffing machines is provided to increase the crispness and to secure sanitation by performing a cooling and transferring process in a closed place in order for puffed rice not to be in contact with the air. A cooling apparatus of rice puffing machines comprises: a pair of guide rods located on both front sides of a molder in order to guide discharged rice to the front side of the machine; a guide device(3) consisting of a guide plate(3a) and a collecting container(3b), located on the front of the guide rod; an air supply tube(5) connected to a blower and located on a coupling hole formed on the left side of the collecting container; an inclined discharge tube(6) upwardly inclined to the coupling hole located on the right side of the collecting container; an assembling hole(8a); a horizontal discharge tube(8) with a discharge hole(8b); and a storage container(9) located below the discharge hole. |
