摘要 <p>A method for determining the initial concentration of target nucleic acid in a sample is provided to efficiently determine the initial concentration from a function of amplification efficiency according to the amplification time. A method for determining the initial concentration of target nucleic acid in a sample comprises: a step of amplifying target nucleic acid to measure a signal from an amplified product; a step of obtaining the amplification efficiency according to the amplification time and producing the function of amplification efficiency to the time; and a step of calculating the time having maximum value in the amplification efficiency.</p>
