An aromatic heterocyclic compound is provided to ensure excellent light-emitting property, and to impart low driving voltage, high brightness, high efficiency, high purity and long lifespan to an organic light-emitting device. An aromatic heterocyclic compound has a structure represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, A is substituted or unsubstituted benzo[k]fluoranthene or substituted or unsubstituted chrysene; Ar1 is substituted or unsubstituted C5-C12 arylene group; n is an integer of 0-6; Ar2 is a terminal group represented by chemical formula 2; m is an integer of 1-6; k is an integer of 1-4. In chemical formula 2, X1 is N(R4), S, and Se or Te; X2 and X3 are independently C(R5) or N; one of R1-R5 is a linkable site with A or Ar1 of the chemical formula 1 and the rest excluding a linkable site with A or Ar1 is hydrogen, halogen, cyano group, nitro group, hydroxyl group, substituted or unsubstituted C1-C20 alkyl group, substituted or unsubstituted C2-C20 alkenyl group, substituted or unsubstituted C2-C20 alkynyl group, substituted or unsubstituted C5-C20 cycloalkyl group, substituted or unsubstituted C5-C20 cycloalkenyl group, substituted or unsubstituted C5-C20 aryl, substituted or unsubstituted C2-C30 heteroaryl radical or - N(Z1)(Z2), wherein Z1 and Z2 are independently hydrogen, substituted or unsubstituted C1-C20 alkyl group or substituted or unsubstituted C5-C20 aryl group.
