An iris image analysis method is provided to improve accuracy of a diagnosis of physical constitution by objectively classifying the iris image. An iris image analysis method classifies physical constitution into four types based on one or more among an iris image color, an autonomous nervous wreath analysis result, an iris tissue defect, and a pigment decoloration position. The four types include a response type, a stimulus type, an intelligent type, and an awareness type. In the physical constitution classification based on an iris image color, a bright color is classified as a So-Yang response type(1A,1B). A brown color is classified as a Tae-Eum stimulus type. A dark brown color or a hematogenic color is classified as a So-Eum intelligent type. A mixed brown color is classified as a Tae-Yang awareness type.
