A toothbrush and a toothbrush manufacturing method are provided, which prevent the brush of the toothbrush from being separated or bent. A toothbrush manufacturing method comprises: a step(S100) for preparing resin for forming the body portion of the toothbrush, brush of toothbrush, and head unit in the injection molding and a mold for forming the brush of toothbrush, the body portion, and head unit; a step(S200) for closing the mold; a step(S300) for manufacturing body portion of the toothbrush, brush of toothbrush, and head unit in the injection molding; a step(S400) for cooling the mold; and a step(S500) for opening the mold and taking out the toothbrush.
