<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy management system capable collectively managing histories of an electricity use amount for each of branch breakers in a plurality of houses. <P>SOLUTION: The energy management system is configured so that an indoor facility A installed in each house and a mobile terminal PT are connected to a center device SV via the Internet NT. The indoor facility A includes a current measurement unit 2 for measuring current flowing in each branch breaker Bmn and an energy management unit 3 for calculating an electricity use amount according to a measurement result input from the current measurement unit 2. In the energy management unit 3, a calculation unit 3a calculates an electricity use amount for each branch breaker Bmn. Moreover, the energy management unit 3 successively accumulates in a data storage unit 3d of a processing unit 3b, a history of the calculated electricity use amount and an electricity use amount of a trunk breaker Bs input from the current measurement unit 2.
