<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten user's waiting time in the allocation of service time. <P>SOLUTION: A processing part 14 in a service time allocation apparatus 1 determines service order on the day based on the contents of reserved items received from users (S301). Then, service time is calculated in each reserved item (S302). Then, spare time is calculated from the allocation of reserved time bands (S303). The processing part 14 receives an item on the day from each user and calculates the service time of the item (S304). Whether there is spare time more than the calculated service time or not is determined (S305). When there is spare time (YES in S305), service of the item on the day is allocated (S306). When there is no spare time more than the service time of the item on the day (NO in S305), the total waiting time of respective users in forced allocation to respective spare time bands is calculated (S307).
