<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal-based circuit board having a light-reflecting function as well. <P>SOLUTION: The metal-based circuit board includes: a metal board, an insulating layer stacked on one-side surface of the metal board; a circuit formed on an exposed surface of the insulating layer; and a white film stacked on the insulating layer and the exposed surface of the circuit. In the metal-based board, inorganic hollow powder is included in a composition constituting the white film, the percentage of hollowness of the inorganic hollow powder is 30-90 vol.%, and the average particle diameter of the inorganic hollow powder is 0.1-30 μm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
