<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooker having high heating efficiency without having a complicated structure. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of holes 431 and a plurality of slits 441 are arranged in the peripheral direction on an insulated base plate 41. Projections 48 for projecting in the peripheral direction are arranged on the holes 431 and the slits 441. The most part of ribbon heaters 42 arranged on the insulated base plate 41 are arranged on the surface at a top plate side of the insulated base plate 41 by being folded back at the projection 48. Thus, the folded side only of the projection 48 is located at a back side of the insulated base plate 41, namely at an induction heating coil side in the ribbon heater 42. The most part of the ribbon heater 42 is located at the front surface side, namely at the top plate side excluding a part of the a folding section 47.
